Mom

Mom's mammogram was A-OK. There were some small calcifications in her right breast when she had her last mammo......there was no change. Thank goodness! Mom is a breast cancer survivor. She had surgery almost 5 years ago (lumpectomy, left breast) and did the radiation/chemo thing. She is on the anti-cancer drug Tomoxifin. So far, so good. Mom's mom died of breast cancer at the age of 45. I have a huge risk for getting it too........ashamed to say that I haven't had a mammogram in years. btw......Mom calls a mammogram...... a "mammograph". Funny!
