Ugh

I looked in the mirror this morning at my whole nekked self........... ::sigh::
I am dragging that stinkin' treadmill (the one I never use) outside onto the deck (that we never use) and going to start using it! I've been slim all of my life, now at 48 I'm falling apart......I'm not ready to give in to age and brownies just yet.
I better pick up a tarp so I can cover it when it rains.
