more white stuff

Well, looks as if we are going to get hit with yet another snow storm. Down my way, we are expecting only 1 to 3 inches. Enough is enough! I love snow, but I've had my fill this winter. I'm ready for some serious barefootin'! Warm sunshine, lawn lounge chair, iced tea and my bikini. IF.....it still fits.
I've gained a few pounds since starting my medication, that's one side effect I'm not too happy about. Plus, I'm addicted to brownies.

I can remember when I was able to eat anything in sight and not gain an ounce. I've always been very thin....weight gain is a new experience for me. It's hard to change a lifetime of eating habits now that I am getting older and my chemistry is changing. I believe I'm in menopause already........my period has been screwy for the last 3 years or so and I haven't had a period since.....hmmmmmm...November? I don't have any witchy moods, or hot flashes anymore......I guess I'm lucky in that respect, going through this stage in life has been relatively easy for me. Next time I see my doc, I think I should mention this to him. I haven't yet.
