Mom is going to call me in a few minutes, we are going to attempt to fix her ailing computer over the phone. ::cringing::
I think the only thing we can do is do a restore or recovery on the system. It doesn't work now, so if we fuck it up further it's not going to make much of a difference. (I think!)
If all else fails, I'll give Kate's hubby, Paul, a call. :-)
