bummed

Kate just left a little while ago and I miss her already! Boo Hoo!
We had a nice time, nothing exciting, but a nice, relaxing time all the same. I made dinner and after we found out that our other friend wasn't coming (grrrrrrrrr), we headed out to the Mall for a little shopping. We hit Michael's first, of course! I bought some Lion's Brand Color Waves Yarn, Purple Vista. Gorgeous! I will be knitting another poncho. Kate picked up some stuff for girl scouts and a crocheting magazine. Then we walked around the mall and headed for Boscov's. I bought one of those "one sweep" brooms for our woodshop. On the way out of the Mall, we checked out some of the clothes in Marshall's. Ewwwwww........awful stuff! I thought I was shopping at the Salvation Army thrift shop! I've never seen such terrible fashions in my life. ::shiver:: We should have brought the camera with us!

Kate will be posting some pictures on her blog. Caine took my camera to the races. Also, Kate will NOT be posting any pictures of me unless I approve! Hear me, Missy? ::grin::
