These are AWESOME and easy!!

Butter Crunch Cookies


1 sleeve saltine crackers
1 stick butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (1 package)

Line cookie sheet with foil. Lay out saltines (salted side up). Melt butter w/sugar until completely dissolved (low heat), drizzle over saltines.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven, pour chocolate chips on saltines. Wait 4-5 minutes, spread chips over saltines.
Refrigerate till chocolate hardens, then break into squares.

Can sprinkle a topping if you wish: coconut, ground nuts......ect. You can even use white chocolate chips instead of chocolate chips.
