I was just reading Marsha's latest post, "Do Animals Think?"

Sure they do! My Dixie is smart as a whip. She watches TV whenever there is an animal being shown. All I have to say is, "Doggie on TV", she looks......she then plops in front of the tube and watches. (then you can't use the flipper cuz she is in the way.....ugh.) She also lets me know when Daisy is going to throw up (Daisy has a nervious tummy). Dixie brings me one slipper every morning when I get out of bed. You tell her to go get her "sockie" (she loves old socks), she will get it. Daisy loves ice water......she won't drink her water unless it has ice in it........she will actually wait and bug the shit out of me to get HER ice water! She watches to make sure that I am putting ice in it!
My dogs surpise the hell out of me sometimes..........they definitely DO think. If you don't agree.......your pet musta been dumb as shit or you never even took the time to notice the poor animal. :-( Worst kind of pet owners!
