dilemia

I'm calling the SPCA today to report two hungry dogs. My neighbor across the street apparently moved out of her house and her sister is living there now (I'm guessing). The golden dog, Girl, is a bag of bones. The rottie looks pretty thin too.
There rarely seems to be anyone at home. I'm so surprised that Tammy would just leave her dogs like that, she has always taken good care of them. I remember when, Girl, was just a puppy, that was 12 years ago.
I don't give a shit what she thinks when her dogs are taken away........I can't turn my back on two helpless dogs.
This sucks.
