Happy Father's Day

Today is Father's Day. A year ago today, my father passed away. Happy Father's Day, Dad.......I miss you.

I'm beside myself today. I'm looking for my Dad's death certificate and I can't find it. I need to make a copy of it to send to Mellon Bank so they can transfer my Dad's life insurance stocks into my name.
I've looked everywhere! I tore my filing cabinet apart........I don't know what the hell I did with it.
I feel like such a terrible daugher, how could I lose his death certificate??? ::sigh::
I'm not having a very good day.
