Received a letter and an itemized list of Dad's belongings in the mail today. Had to fill out a form and get it notorized (did that today), will be taking it to the prison tomorrow. So, I will be able to bring Dad's stuff home soon. I also wrote a letter to the staff and imates concerned for all of their help in caring for my Dad, it will be read at the Memorial Service for him on Monday. Family is not allowed to attend the memorial for security reasons. (that does suck!)

Didn't pick up Dad yet......the funeral home was conducting a funeral out of town and they were running late. I called before leaving the house and a woman told me that tomorrow morning would be much better for us to come by. ::sigh::

Hot as blazes today......I hate summer.
