cotton mouth

I'm now taking Viactiv Calcium Chews (2 a day) and they make your mouth taste like shit. Tastes great when chewing, like caramel, but the after taste is awful. yuk. Ever taste that calcium orange juice? Same nasty after taste.

I ordered myself some handmade natural soap and a natural shampoo bar. No chemicals, just nature.
Dyane got me on this kick. I'm going to try her shampoo recipe too. There has to be something better than chemical laden shampoos and soaps. I color my hair so something not so harsh would probably do some good. If anyone is interested, just go to Anne Lee's Soaps.

I started my latest crochet project last evening. The afghan is all in single crochet with white yarn. Once the body is finished, I am going to randomly cross stitch these really cute cherry designs on it. I got the pattern from Annie's Attic. A little something different from what I usually make. I also have the pattern for matching shams and a bolster pillow.

Gotta get off this chair......my butt is numb.
