not so pleasant..

I had a doc appointment this morning for my general 6 month checkup. I've been having very bad pain in the joints of my shoulders for about 3 months. Needless to say, I have osteo-arthritis in both shoulders. That cracking noise I hear is bone against bone, the cartlidge is worn. I refused the RX he wanted to give me, I'll manage on OTC pain killers for now. I'll only take them when the pain is unbearable.
I have the same condition in my knees, now it's my shoulders. Pretty soon I'll be walkin' around like freakin' Frankenstein!! =:-O Spare neck bolts, anyone?
