I'm feeling a bit better this evening. I felt so downcast when we got home from the VA home today. It's not an easy place to visit.

After we got home, we decided to try out the Chinese Buffet that we spotted on the way to Atlantic City last weekend. The food sucked. To make matters worse, hubby didn't feel well in the restaurant and we had to leave. They barely had the air conditioning on, it was hot as hell in there. That's so you won't want to hang around and eat too much. lol
Hubby went to bed when we got home and I decided to wash the curtains and windows in the family room. Yes, in this horrendous heat! I was soaked with sweat. Unfortunately, our little air conditioner isn't doing it's job very well. The heat wave we've been having is the worst that I can ever remember. I hate summer.

On a happier note......I'm learning to play the guitar! I've learned to play four chords already! (E, E minor & A, A minor) I have to practice the bar chords to loosen up my fingers. The tips of my fingers are killing me!! Caine is taking lessons from a friend, and I'm learning from Caine. It's too cool! :-)
