My childhood friend from Washington State called this morning. Linda is in South Jersey visiting her sister, she wants to get together sometime this week. One problem, she has no transportation to get to our home, and she's over an hour away. ::ack!:: I would love to see her, but this week is booked for us........we have 5 cabinets to finish before Friday (I'm going away on Saturday), Caine will be arriving home tomorrow night, Thursday is our 29th anniversary. If she could get down here there would be no problem.....we just don't have the time to drive all the way to central Jersey right now. She's been here since last Tuesday.....told her she should have called earlier. She always does this to me! Last minute visit. I really doubt that we can fit this in.
Linda and I have been friends and kept in touch since the second grade, I saw her a couple of years ago.

Gotta get my ass back to work and it's so friggin' hot! Did I mention that I hate summer?
