dinner

I'm cooking sauerkraut with pork tenderloin, polish sausage, served with whipped potatoes. Our house smells soooo yummy!! I love this dish, but sometimes it doesn't love me too well. I don't eat much of the sauerkraut, but plenty of the other stuff. This meal is much better when heated up the next day! All the flavors have more time to mingle.

Horrible day here.......we actually had some snow showers and plenty of rain. I think the sun is on strike.
